Terms and Conditions of using Draftme AI

  • At the Licensee's request the Licensor shall provide the Licensee with the Draftme AI plugin on terms and conditions of these Terms and Conditions of using Draftme AI.
  • Draftme AI is offered by the Licensor under the following conditions:
    ‍
    1. The Licensor provides only the specified plugin and does not guarantee the functionality of the OpenAI software and/or service;
    2. The Licensee pays for the use of the OpenAI service independently, if applicable;
    3. The Licensee shall independently ensure compliance with all OpenAI policies, including but not limited to their Terms of Use; Service terms; Sharing and Publication Policy; and Usage Policies (the “OpenAI Policies”).
  • The Licensor undertakes to provide the Draftme AI plugin within ten (10) Business Days from the date of receiving the request from the Licensee.
  • Upon receipt of the right to use Draftme AI plugin, the Licensee will have access to the Software functionality enabling the User to compile documents with the assistance of the said service. The Draftme AI plugin utilizes a database that contains text queries developed by Licensor's specialists that may help the User to obtain the most relevant output (the “Prompts”).
  • Updates to the Prompts database are an integral part of the Software update process. For the avoidance of doubt, any modifications to the Prompts database provided at the Licensor sole discretion do not result in a change in the cost of providing the License.
  • The technical support for the Draftme AI plugin is applicable only to the extent that falls under the direct control of the Licensor, in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions of using Draftme AI and the relevant terms and conditions of the Software’s technical support.
  • The Licensor shall not be held liable for any negative consequences arising from:
    ‍
    1. the use of content generated with the help of Draftme AI plugin in the business activities of the Licensee or Users;
    2. any failures or errors that occur (i) in the operation of the OpenAI services accessed through the Draftme AI plugin; or (ii) due to the Licensee’s or any User’s failure to comply with any OpenAI Policies.
  • To the extent Users’ input contains any personal data, the Licensee and Users acknowledge and understand that the Licensee is not responsible for the processing of such personal data which is processed in accordance with the Open AI Privacy Policy.
  • The Licensor does not make any warranty and shall not be held liable as to the results that may be obtained from the use of Draftme AI or the accuracy of any text or information obtained with the help of Draftme AI. The Licensee shall not rely on factual assertions in output without independently fact checking their accuracy. No information or advice, whether oral or written, shall create any warranty not expressly made herein.
